By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

By accessing or using Buopso’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without prior authorization.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use our services. This includes data shared via WhatsApp services, which will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services, including WhatsApp integration, will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Buopso’s services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services, including WhatsApp integration, will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Buopso be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, including the WhatsApp integration features.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. By continuing to use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from our services, Buopso is committed to resolving issues amicably and in a timely manner. Our dispute resolution policy outlines procedures for addressing client concerns through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to our terms of services are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. WhatsApp Integration Specific Terms

WhatsApp Service: Buopso offers integration with WhatsApp Business API for client communication. By using the service, you acknowledge that you will be bound by WhatsApp’s terms of service and privacy policy.

Data Processing for WhatsApp: You agree that all communication data sent via WhatsApp will be processed in accordance with Buopso’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws, and may be stored on Meta’s servers. Buopso is not responsible for the handling, storage, or processing of WhatsApp data by Meta or any other third parties involved in the WhatsApp Business API.

WhatsApp Data Residency: The client understands and accepts that WhatsApp messaging data will reside on Meta’s data centers, and that data localization is not provided by Buopso for any WhatsApp data shared or processed as part of the service.

Indemnity for WhatsApp Usage: The client agrees to indemnify Buopso for any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the WhatsApp integration, including violations of WhatsApp’s terms of service or privacy policy.

Service Availability for WhatsApp: The availability of WhatsApp services is subject to WhatsApp’s own infrastructure and performance. Buopso does not guarantee uninterrupted service and will not be liable for any service disruptions caused by WhatsApp or its infrastructure.
