You are not need to sign up for an annual membership in order to use Buopso's services. We prefer to let you make your own decisions. We provide you a big discount over the already cheap monthly subscription price in exchange for committing to an entire year in advance. Please get in touch with us if you ever experience any unhappiness while utilising our service within the first 45 days. We will try our utmost to resolve your problem, offer a workaround, or provide a schedule for a workable solution. If you are unhappy, we will be happy to downgrade your account to the free plan and give you a FULL REFUND for your purchase.

 

Not just the first 30 days (in the event of a monthly subscription) or the first 45 days (in the case of an annual subscription), we want you to be satisfied with our service throughout the duration of your contract. So, we move past that. We ask that you let us know right away if we ever remove, break, or stop providing functionality that was offered when you first joined up for our services. We will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the remainder of your contract if we are unable to resolve a functionality's breakdown within any specified timescales or if we are unable to find an adequate workaround for a functionality that has been terminated.

Annual Subscription Partial Downgrade

You might choose to partially decrease your yearly subscription in some circumstances. A partial downgrade happens if you lower the number of user licences throughout the course of your annual subscription, lower the level of our services, lower the level of your paid support plan, or delete an add-on that you had previously acquired. You will receive credits in the form of subscription extensions for the active licences in the event that your annual subscription is partially downgraded. The discounts that were used will not be taken into account when determining the number of credits, so the value of the unused licence will be calculated as follows: total amount paid - (monthly list price x number of months used).

Auto-Renewal

Your yearly and monthly subscriptions will automatically renew until you decide to stop using the service. Every time your subscription renews on its own, we'll email you to let you know how much will be charged to your credit card. In a similar manner, we will email you a receipt following each renewal that details the amount that was deducted in addition to the date and cost of the subsequent renewal.

 

We are aware that consumers occasionally neglect to close an account they no longer desire until a fee has been incurred. Due to this, you have five business days to cancel your monthly or annual subscription and we will still process your request and issue a FULL REFUND.
