How to Remove WhatsApp Business Account from Buopso
If you want to remove your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) from Buopso and delete the WhatsApp data, you need to write to support@buopso.com requesting the account removal. The process is very simple; you just have to send an email request to our support team.
Prior to sending the mail, make sure you have the required details ready. Additionally, here’s what you need and how you can find them inside your Buopso and WhatsApp Business Manager account:
Therefore, make sure to provide the following details in the email.
| Detail Required | How to View the Details? |

| Root User Email ID | In your Buopso account, press on User Profile at the top right. The email address just above the View Profile button is the Root User Email ID. |
| Company ID | In your Buopso account, click on User Profile at the top right. Under the View Profile button and above the Manage Users button, the ID starting with COM is your Company ID. |
| WABA ID | Log in to your WhatsApp Business Manager and select the WhatsApp Accounts option. The numeric ID mentioned just below the name of your WABA Account is your WABA ID. |
| Phone Number | This is the phone number of your WhatsApp Business Account. |
After you send the mail with the above details, your WhatsApp Business Account will be removed from your Buopso Account within four business days.
