Abuse Protocol
We take all allegations of abuse towards Buopso seriously and are committed to looking into any infractions that are brought to our attention. Please file a violation report if you find any content on Buopso that you believe to be in violation of our terms of service. We will look into your report after you submit it and take the necessary action. Only if we need more information or have more to contribute will we get back to you. If we determine that the reported event does not constitute a violation, we may close your report without providing a response.
Kinds of Abuse
We have divided different forms of abuse into the following groups:
Spam, Malware, and Phishing - It is against the law for users to send unsolicited bulk email, spam, chain letters, or phishing messages using Buopso services. An email that asks you to provide your credit card information in order to be eligible for a reward is an illustration of a phishing effort.
Promotes hate, violence, or unauthorised or offensive behaviour It is explicitly understood by Buopso that transmitting or publishing any content that (i) violates the law, is illegal, hateful, or promotes racism or discrimination or hatred based on ethnicity, and (ii) defames, abuses, harasses, stalks, threatens, or infringes on the privacy or other legal rights of others is prohibited behaviour.
Material That Is Sexually Explicit
Material That Is Sexually Explicit contains adult or mature content. We don't allow users to use the Buopso Services to publish or send sexually explicit content.
Child Exploitation: We have a strict stance against any content that takes advantage of children. This means that if we discover a user sharing or posting child abuse content, we will delete their accounts. Additionally, we will inform law enforcement of the content's existence and the owner.
Personal and private Information - Without the explicit approval of the individuals concerned, we do not permit the publication of personal or private information about them through the use of Buopso services. Full name, phone number, address, social security number, credit card number, information from a government-issued identification card, and bank information are a few examples of personal and confidential information.
If you learn that a Buopso user has violated your copyright by using a portion of your work, we will take the appropriate action as outlined below. Copyright infringement happens when someone other than the copyright holder copies the "expression" of a work.
Other Violations: If you think you have a violation to report that doesn't fit into one of the aforementioned categories, you can select this option to do so. Please be aware that in order for us to take proper action, you will need to provide a description of the infraction.
